How Does Everyone Have a Sense of Right and Wrong?

How Does Everyone Have a Sense of Right and Wrong? As we’ve been learning from the Scriptures, the Moral Law of God = Love toward God and others (Matthew 22.36-40). But what about people who have never heard of God’s Moral Law or the 10 Commandments? Do they have any sense of the righteousness & love that God requires of them? The Apostle Paul argues in Romans 2.14-15 that EVERYONE has an innate sense of the righteousness God requires. He goes further by asserting that the one’s conscience testifies to them of their conformity, or lack thereof, to that innate sense of God’s righteous standard. (Consciences can be sleepy, seared, overly scrupulous, etc.—but more on that later.)
