NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant EXCLUSIVE: Government Taking Ample Measures To Safeguard Migrant Workers

In an exclusive interview with India Today's Rahul Kanwal, NITI Aayog CEO, Amitabh Kant said that the government is taking ample measures to safeguard the lives of migrant labourers. However, he added that it is a huge challenge. Mr. Kant said that the government is working in close proximity with the state and district administrations to ensure the migrants are taken care of. He also said that the government is working towards a stimulus package and will soon come with an announcement.
