Chair Yoga to Release Tension and Move the Body A 30 minute class you can do anywhere! In the office or at home just grab a chair. We move slowly through basic postures to bring our attention to the body and breath.

This is a good overall class to stretch the full body, stretching the neck, shoulders, spine, hamstrings and hips.

Perfect for relaxing, releasing tension and bringing in some movement into the joints.
