Home Ministry allows reopening of all shops with conditions; no relaxations in Covid-19 hotspots

In a major decision, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Friday exempted all shops under the Shops and Establishment Act including shops in residential complexes and market complexes, from revised consolidated lockdown restrictions. The relaxations are not applicable in hotspots and containment zones.
