At around 7:30 a.m. on July 9, 2010 Arkadelphia, Arkansas, local police receive a frantic call from Mary Whitaker, who reports that she has not seen her son, Dominic Whitaker, since the evening of July 4. Although the 27-year-old lived at home, he had two children and a long-term girlfriend across town.
