The Soapnut is a tree which bears fruit that contains a cleaning agent known as saponin, thus making it ideal to use as a natural cleaning agent. It is not soap as it does not contain any lye, nor does it bleach or carry any strong scent.
It ideal for those with skin sensitivities ( eczema, psoriases, rosacea, etc) such as babies and seniors. It also has a long standing history of use in Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Herbalism.
