The Decatur, Alabama police department released this body cam footage of officers responding to Star Spirits & Beverages for a reported robbery. During the altercation on March 15th police punched the store owner Kevin Penn, who had reported the robbery. The incident gained attention when surveillance video was posted on social media in June.
