Garry Fabian Miller is one of the most progressive figures in fine art photography, and Dovecot weavers are experts in tapestry and textiles. These two sets of skills came together on an artistic project, the Hearth Rugs. This film explores the creation of the three rugs in this series, and demonstrates both Fabian Miller's and Dovecot weavers' skill in depicting colour and light.
