Once the yeast mixture is established, this starter should consistently expand to double its size all times. this basic starter, you can make anything like regular yeast, such as : bread, cake, donuts and more, just fallow the steps and the techniques , you never run out of yeast again. Ingredients for expend yeast - GROW YEAST

* 1 cup water
* 1/2 tsp sugar
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1/4 tsp yeast

process: Mix all ingredients until well combine, than let it sit in room a temperature for 1 hour before you store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours before you use it.

Ingredient HOW TO MAKE BREAD W/ YEAST EXPEND # DAY 1

* 1 cup wheat flour
* 2 cup all purpose flour
* 1/2 cup home made yeast expend
( my home made yeast recipe )
* 1 1/2 cup water
* 1/4 tsp sugar
* 1/2 tsp salt
