Launching the "Teapreneur Achiever" series, where I will be featuring the Teapreneur community fellows who have completed my MODERN TEAPRENEUR MODEL course and started their own Modern Tea outlet brand. Happy to launch Ms. Deepa who started her brand "Madras Maverick" in Chennai (Kodambakkam). Deepa used to work with me in my previous ventures, then started her filter coffee brand MM Cafe. She mentioned that she faced a lot of challenges in running the outlet and didn't have clarity on customer segments, unit economics & Standardization, etc. She attended my program during the lockdown and learned the importance of customer segmentation, Marketing, Location selection, Menu design & unit economics.
I am happy that she was able to implement all the learnings and rebranded to "Madras Maverick" and moved to a new location.
