The Dirt Bags from Cheaper Than Dirt have been ordered to pay back $403,000 to their customers that they ripped off. In Texas, it is illegal to "price gouge" necessities during a declared disaster. Ammunition is considered a necessity along with food and energy. Their ammo prices are outrageously priced. Unfortunately, several people bought their products anyways.
