Ingredients:
1 cup wholemeal flour
1/2 cup date sugar
1 tbsp powdered ginger
1 tsp mixed spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp Gingerbread Spice Perform
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
4 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp date syrup
2.5 tbsp plant milk
Method:
1. Combine dry ingredients, mix in the wet ingredients until dough forms
2. Roll out and cut shapes
3. Bake at 180C for 9 minutes
