It is full of bold and rustic flavor

Ingredients:
1 kg Mutton (mixed pieces)
2 tbsp vegetable oil / mustard oil
1 tsp zeera
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 black cardamom
5-6 green cardamom
5-6 cloves
10-12 peppercorn
1 large size finely sliced red onion
8-10 cloves Garlic
1/2 inch ginger julienne
1 tsp heaped salt (to taste)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 medium size chopped tomato
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp smooth yogurt
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
1 tbsp coriander leave (and for garnish)
1/4 cup water
Tadka:
1 tbsp oil
4-5 dry red chilies
2-3 green chilies (slit)
1 tbsp ginger julienne
100 grams small size red onions (quarter)
