Fitness for Fogeys is a gentle exercise class intended for people over the age of 60… low impact, Nice’n’Easy activities to promote joint mobility and movement. The instructor, Jean Stephens, is in her 70s and has been running fitness classes for Fogeys for 20 years. This is a short taster session - if there is some interest we will upload additional classes over the coming weeks that will be up to 30mins long. No bits and pieces required - just a pair of comfy shoes and what you have at home - and just do what you can, when you can… in this period of isolation, good physical and mental health is important for people of all ages, so please do share with friends and family who may find this helpful. x
