The South Fork Little River in Christian County, Kentucky has reached 6.4 m and is the second highest ridge on record. The highest indicator of 6.5 m was observed in July 2016.
There were reports of heavy rain in Jackson County, Kentucky, where 87.63 mm of rain fell per day. The record was broken for the wettest day in February since recording began in 1981. NWS warns of flooding on the Red River.
Flooding has also been reported in parts of Tennessee and West Virginia.
