Kerala's Restaurant Dining, Odd-Even Scheme in Non-Hotspots To be Allowed From April 20

Back in January, Kerala became the first state to report COVID-19 positive cases. In March, about 213 people were under treatment in Kerala. After flattening the COVID-19 curve around April 13, Kerala is set to lift lockdown restrictions from April 20.
