Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has launched a first of its kind 'Dishtavo' an online channel for holistic teaching and learning. The portal will provide e-learning content 24 hours a day for college students.
Addressing the gathering, CM Sawant has stated that Goa is the 1st state in the County to have entire syllabus online. “Students can take maximum benefit from this channel. The new education policy will also play a huge rule,” he said.
Director of Higher Education Prasad Lolayekar said, “Even after the pandemic, online platform will continue. The platform will have offline facility where students go on download videos and watch them at home. 3500 videos have been recorded of which 1000 videos have been uploaded. 25000 videos are still in the editing process,”
Lolayekar has informed 1200 teachers have been involved in making the videos.
