FBI Director Christopher Wray and Department of Justice officials announced that ISIS terrorists Alexanda Kotey and El Shafee Elsheikh, who are known as "the Beatles" for their British accents, have been brought to the U.S. to face terrorism and murder conspiracy charges for allegedly helping torture and murder captives in Syria.
