Running the 2020 London Marathon... Virtually! | Why I Run

After a last minute sign up opportunity arose with American Cancer Society, Peter is running the 40th London Marathon today! Of course, he did not travel across the pond to run. Instead, he is running the streets of our neighborhood. As the anniversary of our miscarriage nears, Peter dedicates this run to Sweet Pea, our sweet baby in heaven. Along the way he passes by places of important to our infertility journey and shares why they're significant. It may not have been his fastest marathon. But! It was the marathon he felt the best mentally during and physically after. We spend the evening running a couple of errands for the nursery and grabbing a celebratory dinner. Almost there! P.S. Have you watched "Utopia"? We're hooked!
