Toxicity is the second studio album by the Armenian-American heavy metal band System of a Down. The album was released on September 4, 2001 by Columbia Records and peaked at number one on both the Billboard 200 and the Canadian Albums Chart. All of Toxicity's singles were on the Billboard Hot 100 and one of those singles, "Aerials", went to number 1 on the Mainstream Rock Songs chart and number 1 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart.
